Delete your Partec account

You can delete your account and personal data at any time. The fastest way is in the app: Profile → Delete Account. If you can't access the app, submit the request below and our team will verify your identity and process it.

What happens

• Immediately: your account is deactivated and hidden.
• Within 30 days: you can recover it by signing back into the app.
• After 30 days: your personal information is permanently removed — name, phone, email, photo, saved addresses, private messages, and your vehicle's VIN/photos.

What we keep (de-identified)

To meet legal/tax obligations and keep the marketplace's records intact for other users, we retain transaction records (orders, quotes, reviews) and basic vehicle make/model/year in a de-identified form that is no longer linked to you. See our Privacy Policy.
