1. About Partec

Partec is a trade name of Murad Al-Hmoud for Smart Systems (Commercial Registration No. 101078239), Amman, Jordan ("Partec", "we"). Partec operates an online marketplace that connects users who need vehicle parts and related services with sellers and service providers. Partec is an intermediary: it is not the seller, repairer or carrier of any goods or services offered through the platform, and it is not a party to contracts between users except as stated in the terms for a specific role.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. Your account is personal to you, each phone number may hold one account only, and you are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your access secure. We may ask you to verify your identity or your documents. You may use Partec only in countries where the service has been launched.

3. Roles

Every account may use the platform as a buyer. Other roles (such as seller, workshop, delivery or business account) require an application and our approval and are subject to additional terms for that role. For matters concerning a role, the terms of that role prevail over these General Terms. We may open, restrict or close registration for any role at our discretion.

4. Acceptable use

You must not provide false or misleading information; impersonate any person or business; post unlawful, counterfeit, stolen or unsafe items; harass, defraud or abuse others; interfere with, attack or reverse-engineer the platform; or breach any applicable law. Dealings that originate on Partec must be conducted through Partec. We may remove content and restrict, suspend or close accounts that breach these terms or present a risk.

5. Transactions

The price, fees, taxes and conditions of each transaction are shown in the app before you confirm, and the information shown at the time of confirmation applies. Rules on payment, delivery, returns and disputes are set out in the terms for each role and in the app. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights.*

6. Your content

You keep ownership of the content you provide and grant Partec a non-exclusive licence to host, display and process it in order to operate and improve the service. You confirm that you have the right to share it.

7. Communications

You agree to receive service communications about your account and activity through the channels you use with Partec. You can manage optional notifications in the app settings.

8. Reviews

Reviews must be honest and based on a completed transaction. We may remove content that is false, abusive or otherwise in breach of these terms.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access for breach of these terms, for legal reasons, or where there is a risk to the platform or other users. You may stop using Partec and delete your account at any time in the app or through our web form; the handling of your data is described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The platform is provided "as is". Partec gives no warranty regarding goods, services or deliveries supplied by users, which remain the responsibility of the user concerned. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Partec is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and its total liability in any dispute is limited to the fees it earned on the transaction concerned. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law or your statutory consumer rights.*

11. Disputes and governing law

Please contact us first so that we can try to resolve any issue. These terms are governed by the laws of the country of the Partec market you use; for the Jordan market, the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan apply and the courts of Amman have jurisdiction.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. We will notify you of material changes in the app and, where required, ask you to accept them again. Continuing to use Partec after an update means that you accept the updated terms.
