1. Who we are

Partec is a trade name of Murad Al-Hmoud for Smart Systems (Commercial Registration No. 101078239), Amman, Jordan, which is the controller of your personal data. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, with whom we share it, and the rights you have. Questions may be sent to admin@partec.app.

2. Data we collect

Account data: your name, phone number, email address (optional), profile photo (optional), country, city and app language.

Verification data: where you apply for an additional role, the documents and details required for that role.

Vehicle and request data: vehicle details and the requests, quotes, orders, messages and reviews you create or receive.

Location data: addresses and map pins that you provide. We do not track your location in the background.

Payment data: payment and payout details that you provide. We do not store full card numbers.

Content: photos, documents and voice notes that you upload.

Device and usage data: app version, device type, diagnostic information and basic usage data needed to operate, secure and improve the service, and notification settings.

3. How we use your data

We use your data to create and operate your account; verify applications; match requests with relevant sellers; process orders, payments, deliveries and refunds; send login codes and service notifications; provide support; prevent fraud and misuse; improve the service; and meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.

4. Who we share it with

We share personal data only as necessary: with other users, to the extent needed to complete a transaction (contact details are shared only when needed); with service providers who process data on our behalf under confidentiality and data-protection obligations; with competent authorities where required by law; and in connection with a reorganisation or transfer of our business. We do not sell your personal data.

5. Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data. No system is completely secure, and you should keep your access details confidential.

6. Retention and deletion

We keep personal data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service and meet legal, tax and accounting obligations. You can delete your account in the app or through our web form. Your account is first deactivated and may be recovered during a grace period; afterwards your personal data is deleted or anonymised. Transaction records may be kept in de-identified form, no longer linked to you, as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

7. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and may object to or ask us to restrict certain processing, by contacting admin@partec.app.* Where the law of your country grants you additional rights, those rights apply.*

8. Children

Partec is not intended for anyone under the age of 18.

9. Changes

We may update this policy and will notify you of material changes in the app. Continuing to use Partec after an update means that you accept the updated policy.
